Braddigan, Surf Contest, Kitten, New Amigas

Hello everyone.

Heres a lil' slide show and news update.. We had Brad corrigan of Dispatch and Braddigan bless us with his presence for a few days here at Popoyo and had an after surf contest concert at the new Club Zion church..it was wonderful. This weekend was busy with art lessons, the big Nicaragua Surf Contest check out more on (www.popoyo.com or www.zoomnicaragua.com), and a lil' surfing. I also got to meet some really cool lil' local girls who are interested in surfing. I blessed them with my old green surf board which today I found out by her older sister that she sleeps with it next to her bed ..for fear that the local boys will come and take it..she's so sweet..Her and her sister, Rosa and Ingrid, are my newest friends. I have been helping teach english as well as art and learning with Ivette spanish..while I help her with her english. I also was given a kitten by Daniel Cruden he's been so sweet..having a lil' friend to snuggle with at night and attack my feet in the middle of the night has been stellar...ha. I named him Samuel..sammy for short. We had a big art workshop last night..and all I can say is that over 40 people came and it was awesome..check out the photos below..besides the wonderful paintings..we got to stuff a pinata for Osmond's a lil' 8 year old who didn't have the money for candy and a pinata for his birthday..Kim and I went to Rivas and bought him one..and got so see him swing around and almost wak a dozen kids in the head as blindly he batted that poor nemo pinata..ha..Kim is also my closest new friend here, wife of JJ Yemma, we have had so much fun together and god has blessed me very much with her friendship. Well..that is all for now...off to english lessons.
